Financial Development Accomplishments

Annual Support

•  Provide guidance and directly responsible for leading our Annual Campaign, overseeing donors, staff, and volunteers to successfully raise over $550,000 annually in support of our mission
• Faculty trainer for Y-USA Annual Campaign Training

 

Capital Development

•  Have supported major capital campaigns in previous jobs and am currently leading the launch of a $13.1 million campaign to address the growing needs of our camp and ensure its continued impact.  

 

Endowment/Planned Giving

•  Actively contribute to efforts supporting endowments and planned giving initiatives, cultivating relationships and working collaboratively to secure the long-term financial sustainability of our organization.

 

Grant Development

•   Contribute to grant writing efforts and actively support the search for funding opportunities to advance our mission  

 

Other

•  Actively contribute to NAYDO by serving on the Camp Committee, acting as a Track Dean, and facilitating Hot Topics conversations to support professional development and knowledge sharing.
