Experience

A native Oklahoman, Kyle has worked for the YMCA for 24 years in the roles of program coordinator, program director, branch director at the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City and executive director, district executive director, VP or sports, aquatics and development. He now serves as the Chief Development Officer for the YMCA of Greater Tulsa. 

One of his proudest accomplishments was chartering and opening a YMCA in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a community that never had a Y before. He has raised over $50 million in capital and $20 million in program support in the past 9 years and has over $10 million in unsolicited funds from great relationships in the community. He loves to be outside, and his friends and family mean the world to him. 

Kyle graduated from St Gregory’s University on a college on a soccer scholarship, which is where he learned about the YMCA. He is married to his best friend and wife and is looking forward to celebrating 20 years together! They have a 13-year-old golden retriever, Bailey, and a hound mix, Macie, that is 8.  

He currently serves on NAYDO’s Program/Membership Network Team and is a longtime NAYDO Conference supporter.
