Marketing & Communications:
Since December 2018 when she started at the Y, Beth has implemented a robust social media plan, increased the frequency of impactful communications to members and donors, and engaged individuals in new ways for the annual and capital campaigns.
A strategic plan to build relationships with local media has resulted in dozens of print, radio and TV news stories; a regular monthly series in a local older adult magazine; and a regular monthly column by CEO Brian Steffen in the local business magazine. Her communications work helped her CEO win the 2020 NAYDO Cause Communicator of the Year Award.
