Annual Support

Throughout Rob’s YMCA career, he has supported the strategic development efforts that supported million dollar annual campaigns through visual storytelling, and targeted efforts that identified specific cases for support that led to increasing online donations by 421%.

Marketing & Communications

Rob has had frequent involvement with NAYDO throughout his career, including delivering workshops at the NAYDO conferences in 2014 and 2022. He produced the 2016 Eagle Award videos and has served as a NAYDO Communications Award judge since 2017. Through these interactions and more, Rob became a vocal advocate for the work and support NAYDO offers to YMCAs around the world.

Board/Volunteer Development

Rob works to strengthen local Ys through strategic planning, board governance, networking, and executive transition. He is passionate about supporting volunteers and staff leaders as they identify and implement best practices which provide communities with safe, relevant, and sustainable YMCAs. In September 2023, Rob launched a New York State Board Governance Newsletter in an effort to help educate new governing board members.
