Financial Development Accomplishments

Annual Support

• Provide leadership to an annual giving campaign of over $1M for 7 branches, and 2 camps, as well as numerous community outreach initiatives, and key support to  association campaign.
   

Capital Development

• Currently completing a comprehensive campaign that will provide funding for community initiatives and capital improvements

 

Endowment/Planned Giving

• Serve on the Planned Giving Roundtable of Southeast Michigan 

• Provide communications to current Heritage Club members through e-blasts, newsletters and an annual brunch event

• Work to grow our endowment through strategic cultivation of branch members

 

Board and Volunteer Development

• Provide training related to fundraising to branch boards and other volunteers as it relates to how to invite others to support our mission, donor stewardship, and logistics

 

Grant Funding

• Provide guidance to branch staff on appropriate funding that aligns with our mission

• Participate in periodic grant reviews at the association level to ensure mission alignment and sustainability of programs
